Most websites no longer include an email contact address. Instead a contact us form is included. There is a very good reason for this. If an email address is shown it is an invitation to be inandated by unwanted messages or spam mail as it’s called from around the world. A contact form with a simple captha code to prove the sender is human prevents this. The contact form acts in the same way as sending an email and arrives in the web owners inbox the same as any other message.

We use a contact form and it works well for us. Gone are the days when we were receiving a spam message every few seconds day and night. Most are blocked by our spam filters, but some get through and take up valuable time, which is better spent dealing with emails from our customers.
